These 13 Merchants Have Donation Drives That Need Your Support

With the nation continuously challenged by the global pandemic, difficulties such as shortages of food, money, and medical supplies are hard to avoid. However, despite the crisis, it is heartwarming to know that Filipinos have come together in order to help each other face the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the best ways Filipinos have shown unity is through donation drives.

Various businesses and merchants have stepped up with donation drives to help frontliners and families affected by COVID-19. Others donate meals, and some donate medical kits and supplies. Wish to extend a helping hand to all those affected by the pandemic? Yoorekka rounded up a list of merchants that have are accepting donations. Read and find out how you can help!


1. Glow Skin Clinic

Glow Skin Clinic has launched a donation for all those affected by the pandemic. The clinic is currently accepting sanitary necessities such as face masks, gloves, alcohol, hair caps, medical kits, and also food donations. For cash donations, all you have to do is visit their website, add your desired amount of donation to your cart and check out. 2. Landers PH

Landers PH is calling on Filipinos to extend a helping hand to affected families. All proceeds will be used to provide survival food packs which will be distributed by the Philippine Army. To donate, visit their website at https://onevoicepilipinas.landers.ph/ , enter your name, home address, and the amount that you’re going to give. Every PhP1,000 will secure a week’s worth of food for a family in need. For more information, you may send them a message on their Facebook page.


3. FitFuelMNL

FitFuelMNL encourages Filipinos to stay at home while sending help.

It is hard to stand out in a battle where the enemy cannot be seen by the naked eye. This is why FitFuelMNL has set out a donation program dedicated to all the heroes of this crisis: the frontliners. The company is accepting cash donations that will be used to send free meals to all frontliners from various hospitals including Rizal Medical Center, National Center for Mental Health, Mandaluyong Medical Center, Pasig General Hospital, and many more. 4. FoodTray2Go

FoodTray2Go has already donated tons of free meals to frontliners around Metro Manila.

Help send free meals to the frontliners by donating to FoodTray2Go’s donation drive. In an Instagram post, they announced that they are continuously sending meals to Metro Manila’s frontliners. If you wish to donate, you may send them a message on their Instagram account @FOODTRAY2GO or through Viber at 0917-702-6395. If you happen to be a frontliner in need of goods, don’t hesitate to send them a message as well!



5. Half The Price Clothing

While cash and meal donations are very much needed, protective gears are just as important. Half The Price Clothing, an online shopping and retail store, has been sewing protective suits complete with face masks for the protection of the frontliners. The materials used for the suits are fluid-resistant and are suggested by the Manila Protective Gear Sewing Club. Each suit costs PhP450. The retail store is appealing to the public for cash donations which will be used to create more protective suits. Donations may be sent through GCash, BPI, and BDO. If you wish to donate to a specific institution, just send the complete address and the contact person of that institution. 6. Kumpares

To all Parañaque and Las Piñas residents, here’s how you can reach out and help the frontliners in your area! All you have to do is purchase any of Kumpares’ products, and the money collected in purchasing will then be used to provide free breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all the frontliners in Las Piñas and Parañaque areas. To order, you may send them a message on Facebook, or call or text them via 0905-338-4317.


7. Mando’s Wing Shack

Mando’s Wing Shack in Makati has also started a donation drive for all the frontline medical workers. The wing shack is currently accepting any donations from medical supplies to meals and fruits and vegetables. They have started giving away free food for the frontliners in Ospital ng Makati, and will continue with Philippine General Hospital, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, RITM, Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center, Armed Forces of the Philippines, and UERM. 8. RiceTop Fil-Asian Comfort Food

Here’s how you can show your support to the medical workers!

RiceTop Fil-Asian Comfort Food is here to provide comfort for all the frontliners by delivering warm, home-cooked meals! The company is currently partnered with Quirino Memorial Medical Center and Marikina Valley Medical Center, but they are also willing to send out meals to a hospital of your choice. Just send them the details of the hospital, and make sure that it is within a 5-kilometer radius. They are also accepting cash donations worth PhP200, which can sponsor one meal for the medical workers. You may send your payments to Eastsiders Food Ventures Corp’s BDO account.


9. Flowerstore.ph

Flowerstore.ph started a Give Care Initiative for all frontliners.

Through Flowerstore.ph’s Give Care Initiative, you can donate basic necessities and grocery items to all the frontliners in need of supplies. To donate, you may visit their website at https://givecare.ph/, choose an item or items that you would like to donate, and the flower delivery shop will send your chosen items to their partner hospitals including Philippine General Hospital, Ospital ng Maynila, and San Lazaro Hospital in Maynila.

Joining the list of merchants lending a helping hand to frontliners is DRAFT Restaurant and Brewery. The restaurant is accepting monetary donations that will help fund their drive and send meals to frontliners. Donations may be sent through BDO, Paypal, and GCash. 12. Eats Everywhere

Here’s how you can help the frontliners while channeling your creativity!

Thanks to Eats Everywhere’s donation drive, you can now help send meals to frontliners while learning a new hobby during quarantine! To donate, all you have to do is purchase their digital/ printable calligraphy workbooks! The calligraphy workbooks include “Fine Brush Calligraphy for Lowercase and Uppercase Letters”, “Brush Calligraphy for Fine Tips”, and “Better Calligraphy in 30 Days”. 100% of the profit will be used by Creative Workshops MNL to fund a donation drive to provide healthy food for frontliners. 13. Cabalen

Join Cabalen as they deliver meals and help feed frontliners amid the pandemic.

Cabalen Restaurant shows its gratitude to all the frontliners by launching a donation drive especially for them. You may purchase a meal worth PhP60 or PhP90 from the restaurant and have them delivered to the hospital or poverty-stricken areas of your choice. Donations may be paid through the restaurant’s BDO or BPI account.
