Getting invited to a wedding is a great privilege. We get to witness our friends or loved ones tie the knot, and we realize that they consider us important enough to be part of their special day! But always a challenge in being invited to a wedding is picking the best gift—something useful, personal, and unique!
To help you with your wedding gift dilemmas, we asked our readers their best wedding gift ideas and the results are in. Check our list and see if any of these items is perfect for your couple.
10. Bed sheets and Wine
To start our list, two items tied at our number ten and they are bed sheets and wine.
Give your newlyweds a good night’s sleep with new bed sheets!
For a newly married couple, items that they can use in their new home are always great idea. Bed sheets for one are very useful and rarely can someone go wrong when giving them as gifts. It gives the couple option to get whatever they want or need and they can use it anytime. Just make sure that the gift cards you’re getting are from well-known stores that are easy to visit, and offers wide variety of items that the couple can choose from. 5. Furniture

Top two on our list are cash and cooking set.
Some couples nowadays prefer cash, so go ahead and help them out.
Giving cash as gift is already a known practice in the country, especially in the provinces. We even have ‘money dance’ in which guest’s pin money on the couples clothing. Couples nowadays also prefer receiving cash over physical gifts so they have the freedom to use it as to whatever they might need to start their new life as a couple. Some might not be comfortable with the idea, with the notion that the couple might think they’re lazy for not getting them a gift! But if you know the couple well you can ask them straight ahead if they prefer monetary gifts.
