Angeles City locals would know that condominiums are not familiar sights in the vicinity of Clark. Instead, people would often choose to build their houses in residential communities or rent in an apartment, while tourists stay in the more deluxe hotels.
However, in recent years, more people choose to live in Angeles because of its viable living conditions. Real estate investors realized this potential, hence the rise of these new residential structures. This offers more options for both locals and tourists who want to experience living luxuriously in their own condominium units.

1. Marquee Residences
Where: Angeles City, Pampanga

Marquee Residences is a mid-rise residential condominium standing on 6,505 square meters of land. Kandi Towers 3 is the 7th project of Kandi Realty in the city. It is close to business centers as well as the entertainment district, which best serves those who are staying in the city looking for a balance of both business and leisure. Set to be completed within the year, this ranks high on potential tenants looking to move in right away.
10. Monterrace Lake Condominium

Soon to rise is the Monterrace Lake Condominium in Clark’s Sun Valley, here’s an example of a 4-bedroom residential villa.

Monterrace Lake Condominium still has more than a year before its completion and will be completed by March 2019, but it already promises astounding features and amenities. Located at the heart of Clark Sun Valley’s commercial area, the condominium has 15 floors, with options of studio, and two-bedroom, up to four-bedroom units. Within Clark Sun Valley, you will find a 36-holes golf course, an international school, waterpark, casino and the famous Hilton hotel.
