Sta. Lucia’s first central business district will rise before the year ends in the eastern side of the metro. This development is strategically located next to the ongoing LRT-2 extension along Marcos Highway, with an interconnecting bridge to the Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall. Project Announcement: Business hub to rise in the eastern side of the metro
Sta Lucia’s first central business district is set to rise in the eastern side of the metro. This development is part of the company’s expansion plan to tap new growth in property development [1].
With expected completion by the end of 2018, this six-story building will offer over P10,000 square meters of leasable office space.
The Business Center has an interconnecting bridge to the ongoing LRT-2 extension project located along the stretch of Marcos Highway. All retail shops and other business centers will be located in the first two floors while the third to sixth floor will be leased out as offices.
Silky living at Silk Residences
DataLand Inc., one of the country’s long-standing real estate developer, introduces its newest condominium development: Silk Residences.
The 40-story two towers have master-planned condominium units situated in the heart of Sta. Mesa, Manila. The location is strategically located at the corner of Ramon Magsaysay Blvd. and Santol St. and is only a few minutes away from central business districts like Makati and Ortigas. The location is also accessible to prestigious schools and universities, shopping centers, churches, hospitals, and even government offices.
The condominium features different amenities like a jogging path, a fully equipped gym, kiddie and adult pools, and a children’s playground. After a busy day, working residents may also reconnect to nature by exploring the well-landscaped garden or the sky lounge of the tower.
