Christmas Bazaar 2018


Not to pressure anybody, but there are only five more days before the jolliest day of the year. No, you aren’t hallucinating and no one is pulling your leg; 2018 just went by faster than anyone could have anticipated. Before anyone could even catch their breath, green and red have taken over every nook and cranny.

Now if you’re one of those people who like to do things earlier than others, you’ve probably already done your Christmas gift shopping and are just waiting to give it to the people in your life. If you’re not one of them, however, you might start to feel a bit of pressure to deliver sentimental presents.

There is no need to fret, though, as the metro has a lot of Christmas bazaar offerings this 2018 where you can score great gifts. Other than that, food, entertainment, and random knickknacks can also be found within them. Read on to find out where you can hang out for the following days!


1. Paskuhan Sa South Yuletide Street Fair

When: November 5, 2018 to January 5, 2019
Where: Molito Complex along Alabang Zapote Road, Muntinlupa City
Entrance fee: Free

Now on its third year, the Paskuhan Sa South Yuletide Street Fair is a daily fair and bazaar to be enjoyed not only by the people coming from the south, but also individuals who are looking for the complete recreational experience. Aside from scoring gift items like footwear, accessories, and toys, the event also holds open mic competitions on Wednesdays, movie nights on Thursdays, and even live music on Fridays and Saturdays.




2. World Bazaar Festival

When: December 12 to 22
Where: World Trade Center, Pasay Extension corner, Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Pasay City
Entrance fee: Free

Known as the country’s longest-running charity bazaar, World Bazaar Festival is back for its 18th year. Aside from the usual booths that offer merchandise, there are also special bazaar features such as the Designers’ Avenue where branded apparel and accessories can be bought at a lower price. Another notable feature is the Celebrity Pavilion where possessions of several local celebrities will be sold. Finally, the World Bazaar Festival will also have its very own Christmas Village where a spectacular view of lights can be seen.


3. Noel Bazaar

When: December 13 to 16, 20-23 in Indoor Filinvest Tent Alabang; December 10-16, 17-23 in Outdoor Filinvest Tent Alabang; December 14-23 in SMX Convention Center Manila
Where: SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Seashell Lane, Pasay City, The Filinvest Tent, Spectrum Midway, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Entrance fee: Regular entrance fees are PhP70 each, senior citizens get discounted tickets at PhP50, and kids below 7 years old get in for free

Noel Bazaar, widely considered as the metro’s longest-running bazaar, began last November in the World Trade Center and will conclude this December both at SMX Convention Center and Filinvest Tent simultaneously. With over 1,000 merchants offering skincare products, novelty items, toys, clothes, and much more, Noel Bazaar makes for an ideal holiday destination not only for shopping but also for leisure.


4. PBCOM Christmas Time Bazaar

When: December 21
Where: Philippine Bank of Communications, 6795 Ayala Avenue corner V.A. Rufino Street, Makati
Entrance fee: Free

The Philippine Bank of Communications is an established bank in the country that was founded all the way back in 1939. For the holiday season, it’ll be holding a holiday bazaar at its building in Makati. Some items that can be expected from the bazaar include clothes, beddings, household items, gadgets, and skincare products.


Holiday bazaars are good venues for you to not only get your shop on but to also have a place to go if you’ve finished all the other Christmastime attractions. And besides the usual shopping, fun activities that’ll surely make you have a good time can also be expected from them.
