Avida Land develops the second tower of Avida Towers Aspira in the downtown area of Cagayan de Oro City. Meanwhile, the HTLand Inc., a joint venture company of Hongkong Land and Taft Properties, awarded its P10-billion Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract to Megawide Construction Corporation to develop the Mandani Bay Quay Phase 2. With a floor area of 328,000 square meters and well-engineered construction, the development is eyed to boost tourism in Cebu.
Project Announcement: Avida Towers Aspira constructs second tower
Avida Land, in partnership with Cagayan de Oro Gateway Corporation, is developing the second residential tower of Avida Towers Aspira. The property is located in Ramon Chavez Street, right at the heart of the city. It is conveniently situated near CDO downtown, where several offices and business establishments are within reach.
The second tower is suited for young professionals, startup families, and early nesters. It offers the following unit types: studio units, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and bi-level units with one to three bedrooms exclusively located at the 27th and 29th floors.
Avida Towers Aspira aims to provide their future residents with complete amenities and fresh ambience through a lush landscape that surrounds the towers.
The 29-story first tower of Avida Towers Aspira is currently on its turnover phase, while the development of the 33-story second tower was just launched last year. Tower Two is expected to be completed in July 2023 to fully realize Avida Land’s vision of a convenient, safe and relaxing residential development that fulfills its residents’ living aspirations.
