Project Announcements

Megaworld partners with Megawide for a condominium project

Megaworld Corporation, in partnership with Megawide Construction Corporation, is set to build a PhP14.36-billion residential development named Gentry Manor. This 31-hectare mega development will rise in Westside City, which is located at the heart of the Entertainment City in Pasay.

Megawide Chairman and CEO Edgar Saavedra stated that with their partnership with Megawide, Megaworld is proud to deliver their first-world vision for Gentry Manor. He also said that as partners, they are committed to provide only the highest standards of construction technology and excellence, particularly in this township project.

Amaia Steps Pasig launches third building

Following the success of its first two buildings, Aria and Esperanza, Amaia Steps Pasig has launched its third building, Blanca. This comes as a move to achieve the developer’s goal of providing quality yet reasonably priced condo living in the metro.

Blanca will feature spacious and comfortable studio, deluxe and premier units. Construction will start this quarter and the target completion is on 2021.

Amaia Steps Pasig is a mid-rise condominium property strategically located at Eusebio St. in Barangay San Miguel, Pasig City. Future residents can easily access the property through the nearest major roads and various business establishments around the area [2].

Filinvest Inc. plans to put up mixed-use development in Cubao

Filinvest Land Inc. has begun works on Activa. The mixed-use development will occupy a total area of one hectare in Cubao, Quezon City.

It aims to offer all-inclusive lifestyle through access to a lifestyle mall, offices and BPOs, hotel and residential condominium units, as well as various central business districts, commercial centers, health centers, educational institutions, churches, and more. The project will also feature well-planned amenities for both business and residential buildings, making it an ideal place for young dreamers.

Future homeowners will also have no problem accessing public transportation stations like the provincial bus stations and the two main train lines, the MRT and the LRT.

Filinvest also works on acquiring a Gold LEED pre-certification, a rating system that aims to accelerate the development and implementation of “green” building practices [3].
