Since its establishment in 1991, SM Megamall has been a great fashion and dining destination. With its convenient location near major cities such as Quezon City, Mandaluyong, and Pasig City, the mall is a popular hub for foodies and shoppers. In its two decades of existence, it has been home to various brands, from restaurants to jewelry stores.

Expansion continues up to this day, with new stalls in Megamall popping up every so often. If you’re wondering what’s in store for you the next time you visit, read on below to see the new stalls in Megamall!


1. Ben’s Cookies

Location: 2nd floor, Fashion Hall

Ben’s Cookies is a UK-based cookie chain established in 1983.

After opening their flagship store in The Podium, Ben’s Cookies now offers their world-famous cookies in SM Megamall as well. Known for their delightful chunky cookies made with fine ingredients, Ben’s Cookies offers 14 flavors under the following categories: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, nuts, and fruit. Along with the cookies, you can also treat yourself to their gelato ice cream. There are a total of six gelato flavors to choose from: dark chocolate with dark chocolate cookies, matcha with white chocolate cookies, vanilla with double chocolate cookies, black sesame, strawberry, and cappuccino.



2. Manila Empanada

Location: Mega A Food Court, Lower Ground Floor

You don’t have to go all the way to Ilocos for your empanada (hand pie filled with savory ingredients) cravings now that Manila Empanada is in Megamall. Using a patented and unique dough mixture, Manila Empanada offers the familiar taste of empanada minus the excess oil. All of their products are made with no preservatives and so are good for the heart. There are three flavors to choose from: classic chicken, cheesy beef, and tuna mushroom melt. Other available treats on the menu include baked empanada choco cherry, choco pan, and frozen empanada.


3. Sunnies Studios

Location: 3rd Floor, Fashion Hall

Sunnies Studios’ first multi-brand store opened in Cebu last March 2019. The Megamall store is their biggest branch yet in Metro Manila.

If you’re a fan of Sunnies Studios’ aesthetically pleasing and chic items, here's good news for you: Sunnies Studios recently opened their biggest store yet. In this new branch, Sunnies Specs Optical, Sunnies Studios, Sunnies Face, and Cup Point—all brands under the parent company—can now be visited in one go. This Sunnies Studios branch offers a wide variety of their products, from their aesthetic eyewear to their vibrant lipsticks.


4. Miladay

Location: 3rd Floor, Building B

Since 1966, Miladay has been crafting fine jewelry that shows elegance and glamour. As a matter of fact, celebrities have worn their jewelry in big red carpet events and photo shoots. Miladay has been providing timeless pieces since year one, and up to this day, their collections are very suitable as gifts for friends, families, and lovers. If you want to get fabulous pieces for yourself, head to their new SM Megamall outlet on the third floor of Building B.



5. Say Chiizu Manila

Looking for a new food craze to try? Why not sample Say Chiizu’s cheese toast? The world-famous chain has been a hit in countries such as Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, and China, to name a few. Made from premium Hokkaido cheese and special cheese sauce recipe, Say Chiizu’s toasts are treats for cheese-lovers everywhere. Originally from Bangkok, Say Chiizu arrived in the Philippines this January 2019 with their first store at SM Mall of Asia. With their latest branch in Megamall, you don’t have to go all the way to the south for their signature cheese toast!

SM Megamall is continuously expanding and adding new things for you to try, so make sure to drop by soon!


How to go to SM Megamall: Ride the MRT and get off at Ortigas Station. Exit the station on the northbound side. Walk along the sidewalk to the left (when facing EDSA) until you reach SM Megamall.
