A few more days to go before the Masskara Festival 2018 officially opens. If some of you might still be looking for events to crash, don’t worry we got you covered. We have listed the most -awaited independently organized events and live shows bulk of the tourists and locals attend during the festival. 1. Globe Masskara Loud Fest
Where: Lacson Street
When: October 26 to 28, 2018

Let’s get loud at Loud Fest 2018!
Loud Fest is one of the events sponsored by Globe Telecom this year with a lineup featuring Spongecola, Sedano, Aileen Gonzales, Ian Caram and more. It is one of the free events on Lacson Street that most showgoers rave about. Tourists love to attend to these kinds of public parties as they can immerse with locals and the unique party culture of Bacoleños. The party will start at 6:00 p.m. and will end at 3:00 a.m., October 26 to 27. Just a tip, please consider bringing a friend for you to fully enjoy the street party.
2. Jazzkara
Where: L’Fisher Hotel Bacolod
When: October 12, 2018
Ticket Prices: PhP350
Experience jazz at the seventh installment of Jazzkara.
The seventh annual Jazzkara is excited to present to you, Riki Gonzales, a diverse jazz guitarist based in Manila. Alongside him are Bacolod jazz artists Jhem Serran, Angelo Lleva, Bogs Hagad, Natnat Castillo, Gelo Oro, John Responte and Mike Tambasen Project together with JC Alcantara. If you are looking forward to celebrate Masskara in a very relaxing and jazzy way, avoid the loud parties outside and join watch this show at L’Fisher Hotel! If you are a newbie to jazz music, add some jazz music in your playlist a week before the event to be more familiar with genre.

3. Ukelele Negros Nights

Get to jam with the ukulele community of Negros Occidental at the New Government Center.
Do you love listening to ukulele? If you are a music lover who wants to avoid dance parties and listen to good music on the night of October 20, Ukulele Negros Nights is worthy to consider. Negros musicians who play ukulele will gather in one event, and will perform different local and international songs for the entertainment of everyone. They will also have an open mic so if you have a great voice and wanted to jam along, you can share your talent onstage and perform for the crowd.
4. 6100 Music Festival
