Isla Sugbo Seafood City is not a run-of-the-mill seafood restaurant. Instead of offering ready-made dishes, the restaurant lets customers select the seafood on display and have it cooked. The concept is similar to the sutukil, or sugba (grill), tuwa (stew), kilaw (tossed in vinegar) stalls near the Mactan Shrine. The main difference is that you enjoy your meal in the air-conditioned comfort of the restaurant. You can choose from a wide variety of seafood, including crabs, shrimps, and a good selection of fish.
