With travel restrictions easing and almost half of the country’s population already vaccinated, tourist attractions start to reopen. People are excited to go back because of missing the fun and going out ever since the lockdown and closure of theme parks and resorts. Cebu is a go-to place to have fun with; famous amusement parks and water parks are now back in the game; what better way to celebrate this enjoyment than with the kids? It’s never too late to bond with your children, and they will surely be excited to go out of the corners of their homes and stroll by these Cebu attractions.


Anjo World Theme Park

Anjo World Theme Park is Cebu’s first-ever world-class theme park, with 12 exciting rides. This famous Cebu theme park is the home of the country’s first spinning roller coaster called the Pharoah, a 200-foot tall Ferris wheel named Anjo Eye, and fun Bumper Boats. The best news for adults doesn’t stop from the park’s reopening since the theme park management also announced that there will be no age limit and no other documents needed to visit such attractions in Cebu. It means that children are now allowed to experience the enjoyment of the well-known amusement park, vaccinated or not.

Face shields and face masks are still required upon entering the theme park and other attractions. Children 34 inches below can avail free admission but are limited to certain rides and should be supervised by an adult or guardian. Kids who are above 35 inches may benefit from Anjo World’s Junior Day Adventure Pass.

Ticket prices come at a budget-friendly price at this amusement park. On Thursdays, the ticket price per person is PhP500 inclusive of unlimited rides and PhP700 with Snow World admission. The ticket rate for the Junior Unli Rides costs PhP400 and PhP600 with Snow World admission. You can also avail a ticket for three rides only with the Super Tres ticket at PhP250 and PhP450 with Snow World admission. If you want to enjoy the Snow World only, tickets are at PhP350 per person.

A ticket inclusive of unlimited rides costs PhP600 and PhP800 with Snow World admission during weekends and holidays. Tickets for the Junior Unli Rides are at PhP480 per person and PhP680 with Snow World admission. For the Super Tres ticket inclusive of three rides only, the ticket cost is at PhP250, and with Snow World at PhP450. If you want to see the Snow World without the rides, a ticket is at PhP350 only.

Cebu’s famous marine theme park is back to opening its doors (or waters) to children as long as their fully vaccinated parents or guardians accompany them. Cebu’s ocean park and the country’s largest oceanarium inspired by other international water parks worldwide are welcoming guests with the festive season sale until November 30. You can get two admission packages for only PhP800 and two admission package plus snorkeling activities for only PhP1,200.

One of the most exciting things you can experience at Cebu Ocean Park is diving underwater and letting the water park’s adorable aquatic friends play with you! And now that children are allowed to enter, they are most likely the ones to be amazed by the breathtaking views that the ocean park has in store for those little ones.

Another famous attraction offered at the ocean park that is raved about by the people is the Aqua Dining, where you can explore the ocean and the food, perfect for an unforgettable experience.

Admission prices for the ocean park’s grand reopening come with a free fish spa when you book your tickets online. The entrance fee is free for children under two feet. On weekdays, ticket admission costs PhP550, and on weekends and holidays, a ticket is at PhP700.

Children can enjoy different sightseeing kinds of unique fishes in this ocean park in Cebu, such as the stonefish, giant grouper, and blacktip reef shark. The little ones can also interact with lories and lorikeets, sugar gliders, and eagle rays.
