The time has come to start thinking of Christmas party venues for your company celebrations. If you are the one tasked to do this, you need to consider several things like location, budget, facilities, corkage for food and drinks, and most importantly, the schedule! Most offices have probably already made their bookings by this time of the month, so it might be a challenge to find an available venue for the date of your company Christmas party.

Fred’s Revolucion is both a bar and restaurant that caters to “sincere” drinkers. Fred’s has branches in Cubao X and the historic Escolta. The one in Escolta can accommodate around 100 party people, and the entire place can be rented for Php 20,000 (consumable).
You can even have live music as entertainment.

The Rooms 498
Located at 498 Boni Avenue in Mandaluyong City, The Rooms 498 is great for big groups of up to 350 people. But there are also smaller function rooms for smaller gatherings.

The Rooms 498 is becoming known for its affordability and for being a one-stop location for all party and event needs. There are karaoke and videoke rooms, accommodation for those who might need to stay the night, Wi-Fi, tables and chairs, lighting and sound systems, and other amenities.
Vegetarian Dinner Club
The Vegetarian Dinner Club has quiet spaces that are ideal for private gatherings and for groups of 35 or less.
It is not yet a popular idea to have a vegetarian Christmas party, but if your team is composed of health-conscious individuals, weight-watchers, or people who are on special diets, then you can consider holding your Christmas dinner at the Vegetarian Dinner Club in Quezon City. It is a small and affordable venue that is perfect for an intimate gathering of around 35 people. You’d be surprised at the variety of vegetarian dishes (and cuisines!) that they can serve you. Makati Coliseum
Makati Coleseum
Although usually reserved for sporting events, the Makati Coliseum is also open to private functions like Christmas parties. And if your Christmas gathering is themed around sports, then all the better because they have the right facilities for your activities. The Makati Coliseum is an affordable option for many organizations. If you think this is the perfect place for you, call and reserve early because the venue gets fully booked around this season. Makati Coliseum is on Mascardo Street, Makati City, near Pasong Tamo Extension.
Top Shelf
Located on the top floor of the building where Fully Booked BGC is, Top Shelf is a flexible, enclosed space that you can design and decorate to fit your party theme and requirements. It can accommodate around 150 people and is ideal for sit-down lunch or dinner affairs. It also has a balcony for guests who’d like to smoke. Top Shelf can be rented for one whole day or a minimum of 3 hours. Parking is available next to the building.
A big, open space is ideal for any theme and flexible enough to accommodate any number of guests.
For all of these venues, it is advisable to go for a site visit first before booking— just to make sure that everything’s covered. Remember to take photos during your ocular inspection. Some party planners prepare a list of about 3 final venue options, and then compare how each one actually meets their specifications.
Traffic is also a consideration since it is usually heavy around the time of Christmas parties, even in November! So, take that into account when choosing your space. You may want to ask these questions: How long will it take to get there? Is there adequate parking space? Are you having your party on a weekend (when traffic is usually heavier)? And don’t forget to get a map that you can include in your invite so people don’t get lost on their way to the venue. Once you’ve found the perfect venue, book it immediately because it’s the season for parties and the best places get reserved really fast.
All of these things go into the careful planning of a company Christmas party. But don’t do it all—get some help to make sure that the event turns out to be a memorable one for everybody!
