Three Filipino films will be shown in the Venice Film Festival.


The Venice Film Festival is coming to Manila for the first time where the best Italian and Flipino films will be screening. Three award-winning Filipino films by critically-acclaimed directors are included in the roster of films scheduled in the festival: Ang Babaeng Humayo by Lav Diaz; Jay by Francis Pasion; and Thy Womb by Brillante Mendoza. Interested viewers can check the schedule of screenings on their Facebook Event’s page.

Tickets are priced at PhP50 while selected movies are screening for free.
