There are numerous leisure establishments such as Alabang Town Center and SM Mall of Asia nearby. These include a barbecue area, a picnic grove, and lap and leisure pools. The property will also take up a total land area of 1.7 hectares and will be composed of three residential buildings with fifteen floors each. Its first building, the Oak building, has an expected turnover date of August 2022.
2. Bloom Residences
Location: Dr. A. Santos Avenue, Barangay San Antonio, Sucat, Parañaque City

Catered to growing families who prefer to have a fit and active lifestyle, SMDC’s Bloom Residences offers reasonably priced and spacious units that are accessible to the hustle and bustle of the South. The property’s architectural design is more inclined in nature with its lush greenery spaces and resort-inspired amenities. Sample features and amenities of the property are a jogging trail, landscaped gardens, and an open lawn. The property’s turnover date is on the second quarter of 2022.
3. Gentry Manor
Location: J.W. Diokno Boulevard, Tambo, Parañaque City

Megaworld’s latest property offering in the metro south, Gentry Manor, will be part of Westside City, a developer’s lifestyle community, which is set to be the “Las Vegas of Manila.” Its modern contemporary architectural design equals to that of international properties and will also offer world-class entertainment options and high-end shopping options. The property has a turnover date by the last quarter of 2020. Gentry Manor is conveniently located right across the Okada Hotel and Casino.
4. Oak Harbor Residences
Location: Jackson Avenue, Asiaworld City, Barangay Don Galo, Marina Bay, Parañaque City

Another property by DMCI Homes set to invade the South in the near future is Oak Harbor Residences. The only property situated directly by the bay, it has an Asian contemporary architectural design. The property will have three buildings with 426 units within a total land area of 11,871 square meters. Some of its amenities include a sky park, a pocket garden, and a pool deck. Its first tower, the Aston, has a turnover date of December 2021.
5. Coast Residences
Location: Roxas Boulevard corner Dapitan Street, Pasay City
Developer: SM Development Corporation
Star City and SM Mall of Asia are just to the South of the property.

While Coast Residences isn’t specifically in Parañaque, it is located in Pasay, a nearby city which is just as luxuriously livable. Another property by SMDC, the property is located right along Roxas Boulevard, so expect that majestic sunsets by the bay will be a common occurrence. Emulating Bali’s best hotels in both its exteriors and interiors, Coast Residences will feature a meditation garden, a sunset lounge, a cabana, and a gazebo. The single-tower property will have 2,197 units in all and has a turnover date of 2020.
Parañaque City offers a well-balanced life thanks to the recreational facilities and reputable companies located nearby. And thanks to these up and coming condo developments, remarkable living options for you and your family can now also be found there.
