Pampanga is no denying the culinary capital of the Philippines—teeming with some of the best Filipino dishes one can taste in a lifetime. With so many choices of the province’s local dishes, not a hard one to become your favorite!

Located right at the heart of Clark, Comercio Central is a lifestyle market that offers tasty foods and specialty products made in Pampanga. Some of the foods to try at Comercio Central include Aling Lucing’s Authentic Sisig—which is the original version of the dish. Aside from Kapampangan dishes, the hub also houses Korean, Japanese, and American cuisines.

The place has both indoor and outdoor dining areas perfect for an open-air dining experience. Since dining al fresco becomes a trend nowadays, Comercio Central ensures guests’ safety by following and implementing health protocols amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Learn their safety protocols

Comercio Central strictly follows Inter-Agency Task Force’s (IATF) guidelines—wearing face shields and face masks while inside the premises, except when eating. Guests should also observe proper social distancing at all times.

The facility is thoroughly disinfected before opening and throughout operating hours. Customers must have their temperatures checked at the entrance. They must also download the Stay Safe Ph app for easier entry to the area without filling up the contract tracing sheet.

While at the entrance, guests must use the disinfecting foot mats. Alcohol dispensers are placed in toilets and entrances. To ensure that protocols are correctly followed, safety marshals are patrolling in the restaurant. Also, directional arrows are placed in common areas and hallways to encourage one-way customer traffic. All staff, merchants, employees, and suppliers in the area are trained to follow the basic safety protocols.

Because of Comercio Central’s safety protocols and outdoor dining area, you can taste what Pampanga has to offer while staying safe.
