If you want to experience living like a local in Batangas, you should learn how to bargain and be practical, but first, you have to know where to find these markets first!

Check out these Batangas shopping spots where locals often practice both their bargaining and budgeting skills!

These sites serve as windows to the rich history of the town and a showcase of ancient Philippine architecture. One such shop is Taaleña's Antique Shop on Calle Marcela Mariño Agoncillo, which sells solid wood furniture with intricately carved designs. Another is Nilo's Antique Shop on Calle Gliceria Marella, where you can find not only antique items but also creatively crafted industrial decor pieces.

You can explore their section on men’s and women's fashion, a kids' section, bags and shoes, home items, and a whole lot more. Smaller items are cheaper and bigger items a bit more expensive but always, everything is cheaper than what they would usually go for anywhere else.
