It’s no secret that two of the most ideal places to reside in nowadays are Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and Makati. With the bounty of international companies you can work at, commercial establishments you can visit, and the high energy that surrounds both areas, BGC and Makati are excellent options to consider if your top priorities are career and character development.
If you are considering moving to these places, one of your primary considerations would be your living situation. Fortunately, both BGC and Makati have plenty of condominiums built by some of the country’s most-awarded developers. However, with the many options you have, choosing one that is worth your time and money might become tricky. To help you out, here are some of the best condos in BGC and Makati according to location, neighborhood, and amenities.
1. Bellagio Three

Bellagio Three is currently the latest addition to Megaworld’s Bellagio Towers. This high-rise property does not only have a scenic view of the Manila golf course, but it is also very accessible to many business districts, restaurants, and retail areas. Some of Bellagio Three’s amenities include landscaped gardens, a fitness gym, a game room, and a swimming pool with an in-water pool lounge.
2. Fort Palm Spring

Fort Palm Spring is a 28-story property that houses 232 units with studio, one, two, and three-bedroom suites. The property is also only a three-minute drive away from St. Luke’s Medical Center and is just a short distance away from the BGC bus stop. It features various amenities, such as a meditation garden, a 25-meter lap pool, a fitness area, and even storage rooms for residents.
3. Avida Cityflex Towers BGC

Avida’s Cityflex Towers differs from other properties in that it offers a convenient work-from-home lifestyle with its SoHo (Small Office Home Office) units. 6. Greenbelt Hamilton

Only a stone’s throw away from the Makati Central Business District is Federal Land’s Oriental Garden Makati. 8. Laureano Di Trevi Towers
