Travel restrictions between local destinations and different countries are still being implemented due to the ongoing pandemic. However, the Inter-Agency Task Force in the Philippines is slowly easing limitations on both local and international travel and is gradually allowing foreigners to enter the country. Under its latest
travel guide to enter the Philippines, more categories of travelers have been allowed.
The IATF issued Resolution no. 100 which was amended to allow additional eligible foreign nationals to enter the Philippines. Following the resolution, Clark International Airport announced updated travel guidelines for foreigners who wish to set foot in the country. Read this

In compliance with the Inter-Agency Task Force’s Resolution No. 100 issued last February 18, 2021, Clark International Airport laid out new guidelines for foreign nationals. Here are the updates protocols that must strictly be followed.
All foreign nationals are required to present the following documents and are subject to COVID-19 testing protocols as set by the Department of Health:
• Valid and existing visa at the time of entry
• A pre-booked accommodation facility for at least 7 nights in an accredited quarantine facility
Additional Visa holders allowed entry under IATF Resolution 100:
• Foreign nationals with valid and existing visas at the time of entry and were not permitted to enter the country under previous IATF resolutions
• Holders of valid and existing Special Resident and Retirees Visa (SRRV) and Section 9(A) visas, provided they present an entry exemption document to the Bureau if Immigration upon arrival
Visa Holders allowed entry under IATF Resolution 97:
• Native Born Visa Holders - Foreign children born to foreigners with permanent resident status in the Philippines
• Temporary Resident Visa Holders
• MCL-07-021 Permanent Resident Visa Holders - Chinese nationals married to Filipino citizens
• E0226 Visa Holders
• RA8756 Visa Holders - Regional Office headquarters visa, intended for executive multinational companies
• 9(E) Visa holders - diplomats accredited to Philippines
• 9(C) Visa Holders - foreign seafarers visa
• 9(D) Visa Holders - Treaty trader visa
• 13quota, 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13G Visa Holders
• RA7919 Visa Holders - granted to qualified foreign nationals who have entered the country prior to June 30, 1992
• E0324 Visa Holders - legal residents granted under EO 324 for qualified foreign nationals who have entered the country before June 30, 1988
• 47(A)(2) Visa Holders issued by the Department of Justice
• Economic Zone Visa Holders
• Section 9(G) Visa Holders who left the country starting December 17, 2020 may return upon presentation of a valid ACr I-Card and Special Return Certificate
• Foreign Airline Crew
• Foreign Nationals in possession of Recognition Certificate (RC) or Citizenship Retention and Reacquisition Act of 2003 (CRPC) under RA9225 Certificate
• Foreign spouses, minor children, and foreign children with special needs regardless of age of Filipino nationals; and foreign parents of minor Filipino children and of Filipino children with special needs regardless of age, provided they have a valid (new or existing) visa and the principal Philippine national is in the country
