Opening of new projects are up for Bacolod this week! First, the O Residences Condominium skyway to Robinson’s Place Bacolod is now open for condo residents and mall-goers. Stonehill Suites, the newest accommodation in the city, gets the attention of locals and tourists as well as it opened last Masskara season. Lastly, the most anticipated Ayala Malls Capitol Central is set to open in December!

Skyway from O Residences Condominium to Robinson’s Place opens
Great news for residents living at O Residences! The skyway going to Robinsons Place Bacolod is now open. Residents can now take a short cut for their own convenience when they go shopping, dinin, and more. The skyway has glasses panel walls designed to allowing the breeze to enter in the skyway. The public can pass through the skyway as well if ever they want something from the commercial spaces at O residences on the ground floor.
Ayala Land is set to open Ayala Malls Capitol Central in December in the City of Smiles! The opening of Ayala Malls Capitol Central, located behind the Provincial Capitol at the heart of the city’s central business district, paves the way for all shoppers in the province to buy their needed merchandise. The mall is also near the historic Provincial Capitol Park and Lagoon, Seda Hotel, Amaia Steps Capitol Central, Negros First Hostel and Negros First Pala-Pala Food Terminal Market. This is the second Ayala Mall built in Negros Occidental.
Stonehill Suites opens in Bacolod
Stonehill Suites, formerly known as JSY BLDG, is now open as the latest accommodation option in Bacolod City. The commercial building is located at corner 18th Lacson and San Agustin Drive in Bacolod City's business and commercial district. It offers a combination of business and leisure amenities which includes function rooms, a high-end gym, a sky deck bar and commercial spaces on the ground floor. The hotel has 25 luxurious and elegant rooms which are now ready for bookings and reservations. Stonehill Suites is owned by homegrown businessman Jerry Sy.

Habitat for Humanity launches Philippine Legacy Build in Silay
A total of 86 homes will be available for future residents of Bon-Bon as Habitat for Humanity launches their Philippine Legacy Build. The launching was led by Derek Ramsay at the Bon-Bon Resettlement Project Phase III in Silay, Negros Occidental. More than 250 youth representatives from the province, the Silay government, and Katuwang community helped out in building the homes in the project. This project is a wakeup call for everyone for a need for decent affordable housing and safety community [1].
