Then, you must see the newly opened Presidential Museum in Baguio, which opens just in time for the holiday season. This way, you can enjoy the holiday while indulging your passion for art and history.
The Mansion, also known as Mansion House, is the official summer house of the Philippine president.

Baguio’s famous The Mansion, the former summer residence of Philippine presidents in the city, opened its gates to the public on September 8, unveiling its Presidential Museum. Before this opening, you could only take photos behind closed entrances and at its iron gates. Now, you can take close-up selfies at this popular tourist spot in Baguio and explore its newly opened Presidential Museum.

The Presidential Museum showcases historical memorabilia and paintings. Its seven galleries display various contributions from past Philippine leaders. Guides in each gallery explain the art displays and the history of previous administrations. Visitors can view memorabilia of former presidents, including a sculpture of Fidel V. Ramos with tobacco in his mouth, a harvesting portrait of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Corazon Aquino’s dolls and paintings, and more.
In addition to the exhibits, the museum also features the President’s Office, where you can explore the president's working space, the Presidential Hall, which showcases significant moments in presidential history, and a gift shop where you can purchase souvenirs and memorabilia.
The entrance is free.
Admission to the Presidential Museum is free, so visiting it will be manageable for your budget. If you're looking for a cost-effective place to visit in Baguio, include the Presidential Museum on your list. You can explore and learn about the history and artifacts related to the presidency without breaking the bank.

The museum is currently accepting walk-in visitors on a first-come-first-served basis, so it is recommended that you book your visit through the official website (https://museums.gov.ph/) or social media pages at least three working days before your visit. This will ensure you can enter the museum without waiting, as the number of guests is limited. Only 20 people are allowed to enter every 30 minutes for a tour at the following schedules:
• Morning: 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, and 11:00 AM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 3:00 PM
Visitors are encouraged to refrain from wearing sleeveless or tank tops and slippers inside the museum. Additionally, bringing food and beverages into the museum is not permitted.
The Presidential Museum is in The Mansion House, along C.P. Romulo Drive, Baguio City, across from Write Park. It is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
