Let’s admit it: our curiosity is sparked when we hear about a new place—whether through word of mouth, social media, or advertisements. This intrigue motivates us to explore these exciting locations, each offering the potential for new experiences and opportunities to broaden our horizons. Be it a restaurant, a store, or a captivating tourist destination, we are eager to check them out, like this soon-to-open
tourist spot in Baguio—the
Dragon Treasure Castle.
Dragon Treasure Castle has not yet officially opened to the public, but its unique and impressive architecture and strategic location are already generating excitement. What’s fascinating about this new tourist spot in Baguio is its construction. It utilizes limestone—the same material found in some of the oldest stone buildings in the world, such as the pyramids of Egypt. The limestones were formed to build this castle-like structure that can compete worldwide.
In addition, despite Baguio City's abundant supply of trees, the construction process has not involved cutting down trees. It even preserves the Kissing Rock site—a natural rock formation considered a historical spot in the area.
If you're already captivated by its architecture, you'll be even more amazed by its breathtaking views. Nestled in a rocky mountainous area, it overlooks parts of La Union and provides a mesmerizing sunset to enchant you. This place is perfect for unique experiences you won’t find in the city: fresh air, connection with nature, a sea of clouds as backdrops, and a sense of peace. A truly magical experience!
The Dragon Treasure Castle is in Irisville Subdivision, Irisan, Baguio City. At approximately a 22-minute drive from Session Road, it’s an ideal destination for those seeking beauty and tranquility without venturing too far from their stay. This charming location is also conveniently close to other tourist spots in Baguio, like Bencab, Igorot Stone Kingdom, Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto, and many more.
As the Dragon Treasure Castle’s opening approaches, anticipation grows for what promises to be a captivating experience for all who visit eventually. Visit their Facebook page for more information: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61568438420042.
