With less stronger winds, the White Beach is starting to get crowded again with tourists. The beach gets more crowded again with the return of island hopping, banana boat rides, jet ski rides, and other water sports activities in the area. Tourists who yearn for lesser crowds can opt to go to Puka Beach, located at the northern side of the island.

The sand in Puka Beach is made of shells so it is not as fine as those in White Beach. Tourists however can enjoy the serenity that the place can offer because only small refreshment bars are established in the area. Most bars have their own bamboo beach beds that tourists can rent. Chartered ride to Puka Beach is worth PhP150.
