As per the latest guidelines of Boracay's local government and the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases, you should do the following for your health and safety if you wish to travel to the island.

First is the QR registration to be fulfilled at http://aklan.gov.ph. After which, you should email the accomplished form to touristboracay@gmail.com with the email subject OHDC-Family Name, First Name.
