Situated at an elevation above sea level, TOPS Cebu offers visitors breathtaking views of Cebu City, Mactan Island, and the surrounding mountains and coastline. The journey to the top of this newly reopened tourist attraction in Cebu is an adventure as visitors navigate winding roads leading to the summit, passing through lush forests and scenic viewpoints.
This tourist spot in Cebu was temporarily closed for redevelopment in October 2022 and has reopened with improvements.
You can eat and dine here, where tables and chairs are set.

Upon reaching the top, visitors are rewarded with a sweeping vista of the city below, with city lights twinkling in the distance at night and the sea stretching out to the horizon. The view from TOPS Cebu is particularly stunning at sunset, when the sky is painted in hues of pink and orange, and the city lights begin to twinkle against the darkening sky. Many visitors come to TOPS Cebu to watch the sunset, enjoying a romantic and peaceful moment with loved ones as they take in the beauty of the surroundings.
