If you’re craving food in Kapitolyo, like pork chops, you might want to try their Black Boar Pork Chop (starts at PhP288) and their Black Boar Pork Belly (starts at PhP328) first. Their pork chops are not your usual deep-fried, batter-covered meat. These are thick cuts of lean meat roasted slowly to perfection, so they’re tender and savory to the bite.

8. Skinita Street Foodz

Their food selection in this restaurant in Kapitolyo includes the usual isaw or chicken intestines (PhP85), pishbol or fish balls (PhP50), and skwidbol or squid balls (PhP70), which are all perfect with a bottle of their beer that they claim is ‘colder than your ex.’ They also have more upscale street food like Baka Wala (PhP95), which is made with US Angus beef and Ako Nalang! Wagyu! (PhP165) made with A5 Wagyu.
