A smart way to make one’s savings grow is by making investments. Stocks, corporate bonds, or bank products—there are a number of options to choose from. But one type of investment prospect that is on the rise is real estate. Not only does it have a high asset value, but there is also a good chance that the value of the property will increase over time.

Although investing in real estate is a good idea, you need to be critical on the company you will invest in. There are numerous real estate developers in Metro Manila, but researching and knowing which company to trust with your money is crucial. The following is a list of the country’s top property developers, along with one of their best properties.

1. Megaworld Corporation

Following its “live-work-play-learn” concept, Megaworld has produced numerous residential and commercial properties which offer a balanced life. It has also won the Best Developer award for the third consecutive year at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.

One of Megaworld’s best property offerings is The Venice Luxury Residences in Taguig. Recognized as the “Condo Development with the Best Design and Architecture” in The Outlook, Lamudi’s 2017 year-end event, The Venice has become a tourist destination in the recent months because of its impressive Venetian architecture and landscapes.

It was awarded the “Best Luxury Condo Development” recognition in Metro Manila during the 2018 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. In fact, during Lamudi’s 2017 year-end event, SM Prime Holdings and SMDC were recognized as “Best Commercial Developer” and “Best Affordable Condo Development” for Trees Residences. Trees Residences does not only offer a quiet and private neighborhood Novaliches, Quezon City, but it also boasts its very own retail complex for convenience and ease of living.
