Things are looking up, figuratively and literally, for the sector of property development and real estate as it greets us with two much-awaited projects. CBC Asia Technozone, a new office building tower will provide more business offices and job opportunities to the people from the south of the metro. These twin towers will play a major role in the economic improvement of the Province of Cavite. Further down south, another prized property will take shape with the launching of the Megaworld’s second condo in Bacolod City, the Two Regis. Project Announcements
Get ready to work and do business in Cavite
Soon, CBC Asia Technozone, the newest development of CBC Asia Realty & Development, Inc. will kickstart its blueprint in the economic rise of Bacoor, Cavite. CBC Asia Technozone will invite more BPOs, online gaming firms, and other expanding businesses to settle in this convenient office environment setting. This development will also generate as many as 5,000 to 6,000 jobs locally.
This office building’s total floor area of 32,770 sqm with large floor plates will serve as a spacious business center and working spaces to their future clients. Multiple telco providers are also going to be part of this twin-tower complex development [1].
These towers will stand 10-story high and will be equipped with 100-percent backup power with energy-saving features. A VRF air-conditioning system will also be installed to keep their clients working effectively and comfortably inside the office. The building will also have four Mitsubishi elevators to help people get to their respective offices.
The location of CBC Asia Technozone will not get any farther from Aseana City in Pasay, via CavitEx as its main thoroughfare. Both the first and second tower will be completed by the first quarter of 2019.
Megaworld will be launching their second condo in Bacolod
Megaworld has more to say in building real estate projects in the whole country. In Bacolod City particularly, Megaworld Corporation will be launching a P1.5-billion residential condominium development. Two Regis is a 14-story residential tower to be built within the 34-hectare of Upper East Township located in the eastern part of the city. It will rise along the corner of One Regis and Madison Streets of the township, just beside the proposed Megaworld Lifestyle Mall [2].
It will offer studio-type units with a floor area of up to 31.5 square meters; executive studio with a floor area of 37.5 square meters; one-bedroom units with a floor area of up to 43.5 square meters; and two-bedroom units with a floor area up to 87 square meters. There is also a penthouse floor called the Upper Sky Suites Floor that will offer varying unit sizes.
These units will allow the residents to enjoy the wondrous view of Negros mountain ranges and the sunset along Guimaras Island. One of the highlights of this development is their three Skygardens. Future unit owners will have their option to choose whether they like having their own balcony to enjoy the vast landscapes of the township or they will just opt to own a more conservative style unit.
