Subic Bay encouraged residents to register for COVID-19 vaccination
Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Chairman and President Wilma Eisma announced that they would be keeping the registration form for the COVID-19 vaccination program open. It aims to accommodate more residents and stakeholders of the freeport. Registrant will submit his/her name to the Department of Health (DOH) every first day of the month.
The vaccination program is also subject to the following conditions:
1. The priority groups, based on DOH’s guidelines, will strictly follow.
2. The date of vaccination and vaccine brand is not guaranteed and is subject to the availability and approval of DOH.
3. All names included in a priority group will be on a queue and accommodated on a “first come, first serve” basis, depending on the availability of the vaccines provided by DOH.
Authorities will contact registrants through the given email address submitted in the registration form once final confirmation from DOH is received. [2]
