Known for its modern Filipino and Western Mediterranean cuisines, 180 Degrees by Chef Sau infuses the season with Mexican flair through Sabor Revolución. 180 Degrees by Chef Sau’s Sabor Revolución celebrates Mexico's vibrant flavors. It offers a three-course culinary journey meticulously crafted to capture the essence of Mexican cuisine, paired with artisanal cocktails that complement each dish perfectly.

modern Filipino restaurant also offers an extensive, regularly served menu. From appetizers to salad, soup, pasta, mains, grill, seafood, and chef’s specials, this new restaurant in Tagaytay has a variety of dishes to excite and satisfy everyone’s taste buds.
Enjoy starter dishes like Sanriku XXL Oyster and Gambas Al Ajillo, priced between PhP325 and PhP1,550. Salads, such as Seared Duck Breast with Oranges and Mixed Greens in a Citrus Honey-Soy Vinaigrette, range from PhP595 to PhP1,250. Soups like corn chowder and seafood bisque are available for PhP375 to PhP450. Pasta dishes, such as Fettuccine with anchovy and butter, are priced between PhP650 and PhP1,150.
This new restaurant in Tagaytay also offers Filipino main dishes like 180-Way Bulalo and Lamb Shank Caldereta, priced between PhP725 and PhP1,500. Western dishes like Osso Bucco, Squid Ink Paella, and Seafood range from PhP575 to PhP3,950. Grilled meats are available from PhP2,100 to PhP7,950, seafood dishes are priced between PhP600 and PhP1,750, and the Chef's Special, Conchinillo, is priced at PhP12,500. With such a wide range of prices, you can comfortably enjoy a meal at 180 Degrees by Chef Sau.
