All-time Filipino Favorites and Alfresco Dining

Prepared on a wooden dish that looks like the face of a pig, the lechon is always roasted perfectly— you can tell by the appetizing amber-orange color. The skin is also delightfully crispy, while the pig’s meat is tender and moist. To balance the flavors, guests may choose from other non-pork dishes like baked scallops, pancit canton, lumpia (spring roll), kinilaw (Philippine ceviche), and other local delicacies.

To complement the dining experience, the restaurant interiors are designed with a modern Filipino touch with aqua blue walls and bamboo installations. When eating at a restaurant amid a pandemic, outdoor dining is encouraged. Luckily, this can be achieved at House of Lechon, as it has an open-air seating option.
