Top Six Bazaars and Shopping Events in Metro Manila 2017
We round up the best bazaars and sale events in Metro Manila for the year.

With sales and bazaars happening left and right, 2017 is a great year for shoppers. And the best part is, we still have one quarter to go before the new year.
Before a new wave of shopping events hit the metro for the Christmas season, let’s take a look back on some of the best ones we’ve experienced yet. Check out our list of the best bazaars and shopping events in Metro Manila as voted by our readers.
6. Forever 21 Mega Sale

One of the biggest shopping events that hit the metro this year is the Forever 21 Mega Sale. The three-day event that ran from September 1 to 3 at the SM Megamall Mega Trade Center was the first for the fashion brand. It was gladly welcomed by shoppers who braved the long lines just to take advantage of the brand’s huge discounts on clothes, accessories, and even shoes.
Aside from the huge selection at F21, makeup brands including NYX and Maybelline were also present in the event. A couple of food concessionaires were also there to feed the hungry shoppers.
5. SuperSale Bazaar

The fifth shopping event that made it to our list is SuperSale Bazaar. Run by the group Think Pink Productions, the bazaar has been in existence since 2009 and has pioneered the three-day sale events that we know and love today.
SuperSale Bazaar is known to bring together international and local brands which offer the biggest discounts. Aside from the usual clothes and bags, you’ll also find phone accessories, swimwear, and even perfume brands participating in the event. They just had their last run on July at the World Trade Center, but rest assured that they’ll be back again.
4. Pop Culture Bazaar

Pop Culture Bazaar, which landed on the fourth spot, may be known to most as a retail store housing various local brands and designers. But recently, they’ve stepped up their game and have been hosting shopping events to bring more brands and designers to more shoppers. They showcase beauty products, fashion apparel, and even art supplies and accessories.
They’ve just finished their last event back in August, but they’ll be setting up once again this coming September 20 to October 10 at the TriNoma Cinema Area. Entrance is free so expect to see your favorite retailers once more.
3. SM Shoes & Bags Sale at Sky Dome

Shopping mall giant SM is known for their mall-wide sales which happen almost every month. Recently they hosted one of their biggest sales yet, the Shoes & Bags Sale at the Sky Dome. Yes, the huge events venue in SM North EDSA became the home of their four-day sale last August 31 to September 3.
Brands that participated in the event included Converse, FILA, Vans, and Elle to name a few. Shoppers enjoyed a 50% discount on most of the items and even SM Advantage card holders got a few perks.
2. Trendsetter’s Bazaar

The shopping event that made it to our top two is Trendsetter’s Bazaar. Trendsetter’s Bazaar is home to many local and international retailers which sell everything any girl (or guy) could dream of. Their bazaars are always jam-packed with shoppers excited to get their hands on the best deals from clothes to cosmetics and even cute phone cases.
One great thing about Trendsetter’s Bazaar is it happens multiple times a year! If you missed the last one, they’ll be teaming up with Travel Sales Fair this September 22 to 24 and on October 13 to 15.
1. Manila Sundance Bazaar

Finally, the best bazaar and shopping event in Metro Manila this year is the Manila Sundance Bazaar. The team behind one of the biggest shopping events in the country has been in existence since 2011. They bring together online retailers, local designers, and more which offer their products with huge discounts.
Just like Trendsetter’s Bazaar, Manila Sundance also makes it a point to hold multiple shopping events every year. Locations vary from mall to mall another to cater to all kinds of shoppers in the city. They have a few more events slated for the last quarter of 2017.
