Just so you know, Jesse McCartney will be finally having his first show in Manila. In case you need a refresher, Jesse McCartney was one of the original teen heartthrobs of the early 2000s. With his boyish good looks and charming voice, he captured the hearts of teenagers back in the day.
Even after more than a decade, Jesse’s songs like "Just So You Know," "Beautiful Soul," and "Leavin" remain to be pop culture gems. Canada is home to some of the world’s most popular musicians, such as The Weeknd, Justin Bieber, and Shawn Mendes. In addition to the roster is Daniel Caesar, a Canadian artist who has been gaining the attention of music fans and critics. In fact, he has won a Grammy award for his song “Best Part” in the 2019 Grammy Awards.
After a stint at Wanderland Music Festival last year, Daniel will return to Manila on July 23 for first solo show in the country. Fans of the RnB and soul artist will get to hear his love songs such as “Get You,” “Japanese Denim,” “Best Part,” and “Blessed” live again. With a charismatic vocalist and melodramatic lyrics, LANY captured the attention of young music lovers. The band also gained a following in the older generation, who found an appeal in their transcendent sound. LANY visited Manila in April of 2018, but fans love the band so much that they demanded for more shows. As an answer, LANY’s Malibu Night World Tour would happen for three consecutive nights in the metro.
