At AV Mountain Resort, you can exclusively rent the main nipa hut, including a kitchen and a dining area, a living room area with a flat-screen television, a refrigerator, and a bedroom inside the hut suitable for two people. There is also another bahay kubo at this mountain resort in Bago City, which has a terrace and one room inside that can cater from four to six people.

Also included in the resort’s amenities are the two shower rooms and one comfort room, a porch swing, and an entertainment area.

For camping accommodations at this private resort in Bago City, a small tent is free of charge, and the regular or additional camping tent for rent is PhP200 per tent. The mountain resort requires a deposit of PhP1,000 for any additional costs fees incurred during your stay. Given that no additional fees are incurred upon guest’s check out, the resort shall deposit the PhP1,000 within 24 hours.

Venue rental rates may change at AV Mountain Resort’s discretion, but the estimated starting rate is PhP6,000. Once there is an exclusive booking or reservation at the mountain resort, other succeeding bookings shall be entertained and booked upon vacant slots available, and sightseeing, while guests are still using the place, is prohibited.
