But now that it has been given a new façade with its recent renovations from a simple nipa hut to a cozy mini resort, the name of this guest house now stands for ‘house for breakthroughs’, a place where everyone and anyone can reconnect with nature, hold special events, spend time with friends and family, and reflect on the beauty of slow mornings amidst nature.

The humble guest house and vacation rental caters to both day and overnight use and offers two fully air-conditioned rooms, a kubo or nipa hut, and a parking area for guests with private cars.

Exclusive day use is PhP6,000 for 14 persons, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Exclusive overnight use is at PhP8,500 for 14 persons. Check-in is 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM the next day.

On weekdays, overnight use is PhP4,500 for six persons or less and PhP2,500 for three persons or less.

The excess rate for day use is PhP150 per head and PhP250 per head for overnight bookings. Day use does not include rooms.
