With its ground-breaking held last August, construction is underway for The Emerald Resort and Casino in Cebu, the first integrated resort and casino outside Metro Manila. The $341-million project is slated to open as early as 2019 in Lapu-Lapu City. For now, whether you’d like to play in Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu, Mandaue, or Talisay, there’s a Cebu casino nearby where you can try your luck.

6. WiN Hotel & Casino
