• Isla Hayahay will request guests and staff to have their temperature checked before entering the property. Guests and staff with a temperature higher than 37.5°C will be subject to appropriate medical care.
• Cleaning staff are tasked to disinfect rooms before handing over to guests, clean high-touch areas, and wash sheets and linens at a minimum of 70°C.
• The restaurant’s tables and chairs are arranged to ensure physical distancing between groups. Meanwhile, sunbeds at the pool area are configured to maintain the 1.5-meter distance.
• Queues are marked to remind guests and staff to observe proper social distancing in common areas.
