IMAGINE THIS
Mozart Townhomes is a townhouse project inside Mozart Street in Ideal Subdivision in Commonwealth, Quezon City. It comprises of 12 rows of houses, each with three floors and its own car port and gate for privacy.
Receiving and Dining Area
Welcome your guests with this comfy couch.
All units at Mozart Townhomes come with a pre-installed kitchen unit including a sink, gas range, and cabinets to save the new homeowners from the stress of installing these on their own. In the model unit, the ground floor (32.44 to 34.44 m2) is styled in such a way that it serves as a dining area for the family and a receiving area for the guests.
This can be the perfect setup to entertain guests as you host different kinds of parties or gatherings. Under the stairs is also a secret cupboard that can serve as storage space for shoes or tools.
Imagine all the parties you’ll be hosting in this dining area.
Behind the kitchen, there is a room that comes with a toilet and bath for the homeowner’s helpers. Every toilet and bath inside the unit comes furnished with a sink, toilet bowl, and shower. All you need to do is customize it according to your liking.
In case you don’t have a helper, you can use this room as a pantry where you can store your groceries, a larger freezer, or other kitchen tools. The washroom can also be a convenient option for guests so they do not need to go upstairs in case they need to use one.
Living Room
A simple but chic centerpiece in the living room
The second level (39.47-39.52 m2) of the unit consists of a spacious area that can serve as a living room for the homeowners. In this floor you’ll also find a small bedroom, a toilet and bath, and the access to the fire exit with a provisional space that can serve as the laundry area.
Mix hardwood floors with soft furniture for a balance of texture.
To give you a glimpse of how you can style the living room, the laminated hardwood floors and textured walls were balanced with a shag rug and a living room set with soft features. A plush white sofa opposite a pastel blue armchair and a white ottoman serve as accent pieces of the room. The choice of light colors for the sofa and armchair paired with the soft lighting make the living room cozier. Most of the furniture used in the living room also have exposed legs to give the area a more spacious feel and to prevent it from appearing stifling.
To save space, the flat-screen television is hung against the wall. Below it is a console table where you can store your books, DVDs and DVD player, or any entertainment system that you might have. For added drama, a textured wall treatment was applied instead of the usual flat paint or wallpaper, thus making it the focal point of the room.
Second Floor Bedroom Area
Black, white, and gray means chic!
All rooms at Mozart Townhomes also come with a closet and a provision for window-type air conditioning. The bedroom is styled tastefully by choosing a common theme of neutral grays, white, and black. The wall coheres to this theme through the lines of gray painted on it to tie the whole room together. The huge windows allow the natural light to flow through the space, but provisions for curtains are also built in the room for privacy and protection from the sun.
Every nook and cranny is utilized in this room.
The little nook beside the closet was smartly utilized by turning it into a study area. There’s also an overhead beam above the bed that can display your books, photos, or other prized possesions.
Although the room is obviously styled to be a bedroom, you can use it as a home office or any other function that you might want or need.
Master’s Bedroom
The mirror above the bed is functional and stylish at the same time.
On the third floor (44.70-44.77m2) of the model unit, you’ll find the master’s bedroom that comes with its own toilet and bath, plus another bedroom with a separate toilet and bath and access to the fire exit.
Balance out the colors of the master’s bedroom however you want.
For couples, the master’s bedroom, which is largest room in the house, can be your perfect love nest and relaxation area. The room comes with a huge closet and can fit a queen-sized bed while still leaving you with an ample walking area. Although the room is styled mostly in dark hues, you can tweak it to balance it out between you and your partner.
Relax and get ready in comfort in the master’s bedroom.
Aside from the comfortable bed, you can also add a vanity area inside the room or a study nook in case you need one. Opposite the bed is also a vast wall that you can maximize by installing a flat screen television. Outlets and provision for wirings are also installed in the room for your electronic needs.
Third Floor Bedroom
Every little girl would love a room like this.
The last room in the unit is also located at the third floor. This one is styled with a princess in mind, so it uses pink, gold, and silver hues as its motif. As with the other rooms, this one also comes with its own closet and a little study area.
A corner study area is perfect for students and even adults.
In case you prefer not to use it as a bedroom, this can also serve as a walk-in closet or storage space for your other items.
TINY DETAILS NOTED
No need to worry about lighting in this unit.
Charming as this model unit may be, Mozart Townhomes is not just all about the look: they are also after functionality. Aside from designing well-utilized spaces, they’ve also installed provisions for telephone and other cable lines that you might need. Outlets are also abundant in the area so you don’t need to worry where to plug your electronics and other gadgets. For light fixtures, each floor already comes with provisional wirings in the ceiling plus pin lights that are already installed and working.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND PRIVACY
A safer fire exit with access from all three floors of each unit
Despite being situated inside an already established subdivision, Mozart Townhomes still made sure to make its homeowners feel safe by installing their own gate and guardhouse at the entrance. They also installed 24/7 CCTV surveillance cameras along the driveway to provide additional security.
Each unit also has its own separate gate to ensure privacy and its own car port fit for one vehicle. There’s also a small area close to the fire exit that can serve as a service area for the car.
Behind each home is a fire exit which can be accessed from all three floors in case of an emergency. Instead of the usual ladder, the developers constructed a sturdy U-shaped staircase for a safer emergency exit.
NO PERFECT TIME BUT TODAY
If this chic and sophisticated model unit of Mozart Townhomes made you giddy and excited, imagine what you can do using your own items! Whether you’re a small family or just a newly-wedded couple starting out, this quaint unit in Quezon City can be the investment that you need.
