American film actress and model Bo Derek was once quoted saying, “Whoever said money can’t buy happiness simply didn’t know where to go shopping.” And while it is important to remain practical and avoid being materialistic, it cannot be denied that what she said holds some bearing.
Shopping is indeed one of, if not the, favorite go-to activity of the majority. Not only can it help burn a few calories, but the anticipation and excitement of owning brand-new items helps perk up even the foulest mood. This claim is scientifically backed-up too; studies have concluded that shopping can help release dopamine, one of the body’s “happy hormones.”
So to aid you in your future shopping excursions this month, here is a list of mall sales for July 2018 in Metro Manila with amazing sales and promos that will let you get every penny’s worth of your money!
