Century adds fifth tower to The Residences property

Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) has completed the fifth residential tower in The Residences, its property located along Amsterdam Avenue, Don Antonio Drive, Barangay Batasan Hills, Matandang Balara, Quezon City.

CPG Chief Operating Officer Marco R. Antonio said in a statement, “In Century, we have dreamed of a community that will set a new benchmark for residential living in Quezon City–a beautiful vertical village that is safe, well-designed, and teeming with unique amenities.”

Some of these amenities include a clubhouse which will feature an arts and crafts studio, a fitness center with a dance studio, a water garden, and a nursery where toddlers can be left for the day.

Three towers have already been turned over, and another tower will follow in the fourth quarter. The Residences at Commonwealth is set to have a total of eight towers with completion targeted within the next two years [1].

Sunland Development Corporation begins work on third Red Hotel Suites

Sunland Development Corporation (SDC) adds to its roster of properties with the groundbreaking for a new Red Hotel Suites branch along Marcos Highway in Marikina City.

“This is Red Hotel Suites’ third branch and [it is] by far the biggest. It is expected to become a game-changer on the eastern side of Metro Manila,” SDC president and Chief Executive Officer Richard Lim said in a statement.

The 21-storey high hotel will have 250 rooms and features like a sauna, a four-floor parking area, function rooms, and an infinity pool at the rooftop.

“Everyone is welcome at Red Hotel Suites, especially those in Antipolo or Tanay, Rizal. You don’t have to go to Makati or Quezon City just to enjoy the facilities of a luxury hotel,” Lim added. The first two branches are located in Cubao, Quezon City and Pasay City.

The hotel is set to start operations by the fourth quarter of 2019 [2].
