Project Announcements

Fourth Citadines project to open in 3rd Quarter of 2019

The Ascott Limited (Ascott), an international property developer from Singapore, partnered with Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) for Citadines Apart’hotel. The property, which was built in Cebu, will open on the third quarter of this year. This is Ascott’s first property outside Metro Manila, but it is the fourth Citadines Apart’hotel in the country.

Ascott and CLI are targeting young and independent travelers visiting Cebu. The Apart’hotel is close to known tourist spots like the Queen City of the South’s focal landmark, Fuente Osmeña Circle. Also located near the Citadines are the Magellan’s Cross, the Taoist temple, and the provincial capital.

The fourth Citadines will have 180 rooms and amenities like a serviced kitchen, built-in washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-fi [1]. Visitors can maximize their itinerary without worrying about anything else since there are caretakers and housekeeping services, a 24-hour reception, and a guest services team in the property. Conference and meeting rooms can also be accessed by business travelers.

The other three buildings under the Citadines brand are Citadines Salcedo Makati, Citadines Millennium Ortigas, and Citadines Bay City Manila [2]. Currently, Ascott holds 9 properties in the Philippines including this latest project. Ascott and CLI aim to open a total of 1,600 units by 2022 in cities like Dumaguete, Cebu, Cagayan De Oro, and Iloilo.

Amaia Cabuyao offers the best of both worlds

Just several kilometers south of Mega Manila, Amaia Cabuyao, Amaia Land’s new residential community, is now open for viewing and pre-selling in Cabuyao, Laguna. 45 house units are available and ready for viewing.

A typical unit measures from 60 square meters up to 80 square meters for the floor area. Buyers can choose from modern and unique home designs, depending on their taste and preferred lifestyle.

The area will be surrounded by a green environment and an old hometown vibe for the community. Aside from the spacious and affordable homes, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and a pavilion can be used by the homeowners for social activities and relaxation [3].
