Residents can now pre-register for their COVID-19 vaccines.

With the arrival of COVID-19 vaccine shipments in the Philippines, the local government is aiming for organized mass vaccination. While the types of vaccines available in Metro Manila are still limited, cities within the region are already preparing. Aside from establishing a priority order for the recipients, local government units (LGU) also launched vaccine online registrations in Metro Manila where residents can apply to get the vaccine shot. Below are the online platforms of LGUs in Metro Manila and the instructions for the applications. Read on for information on vaccine online registrations in Metro Manila.

Las Piñas City

Las Piñas requires registrants to provide their contact number, COVID-19 infection history, medical history, address, and the sector they belong to. For verification, they are also asked to provide a government-issued ID and 1x1 picture that was taken in a white background. Vaccination registration for Las Piñas City can be done through the following Google form:

Makati City

Citizens of Makati are required to provide the required details as well as their ID number and beneficiary sector. The Makati LGU requires citizens to register for the vaccine through

Malabon City

Malabon City LGU also uses Google forms for their vaccination registration. Along with the basic details, registrants should also indicate their PhilHealth number, medical history, and the sector they belong to.

At Mandaluyong’s vacciner registration website, residents are required to upload a photo and input their personal details. The website will notify the resident once they have successfully registered.

Mandaluyong residents can register through

Manila City set up a website for vaccine registration. After filling out the registration form, a one-time password will be sent to the resident’s cell phone number to complete the registration. Parañaque’s website allows residents to either sign up using their Facebook account or through email. To verify their identity, residents are required to upload their photo and provide their mobile number.Parañaque City residents can access to register their personal info for the vaccine.

Pasay City

The Pasay City LGU encourages residents, especially those aged 18 to 56 with comorbidities, to pre-register for the future vaccination program by filling out the following Google form:

Pasig City

As for Pasig City, the LGU will still use their contact tracing app “PasigPass” for the vaccination program, according to Mayor Vico Sotto last February. No further details have been provided yet.

Quezon City

Last January, Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte announced that the QC LGU will use their E-services portal for the vaccination registration. Residents can sign up for an account through where they must first create a QCitizen ID.

San Juan City

A 1x1 picture and valid ID shall be provided by registrants upon registering at San Juan City’s vaccination drive. The registration portal is accessible through

Taguig City

Mayor Lino Cayetano announced that the Taguig LGU’s contact tracing website will also be used for vaccination registration, social services, and other health benefits.

Meanwhile, Caloocan City’s website for pre-registration is no longer accepting responses as of March 29 and Marikina City has no online registration to date, but its vaccination plan was finalized and approved by the national task force last February.

As the rate of vaccine production is yet to meet the demand globally, the vaccine rollout in Metro Manila remains limited to priority recipients for now.
