Great news for motorists in the National Capital Region! The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) has introduced a user-friendly website to help vehicle owners easily locate and claim their license plates. This new online platform is designed to streamline the plate issuance process, providing a convenient solution for NCR motorists.

NCR Regional Director Roque Verzosa III highlighted that the newly developed website aims to tackle the issue of delayed license plate distribution. The platform is particularly beneficial for owners of second-hand vehicles, allowing them to locate and retrieve their plates conveniently. Verzosa emphasized that this initiative is expected to alleviate traffic in LTO offices, as vehicle owners can now easily verify the availability of their license plates through the online system.

You can utilize the LTO website at www.ltoncr.com to conduct online license plate inquiries efficiently. You can also use this platform to search for replacement plates (switching from green to white) and to request new motor vehicle or motorcycle plates, specifically those paid for at LTO-NCR offices.

The website offers a convenient feature for online plate inquiries. This feature allows you to search for Replacement Plates (from green to white) and New Motor Vehicle or Motorcycle Plates that were paid for at LTO-NCR offices. If you choose the Delivery Option for Replacement Plates, you can select to have your Replacement Plates delivered to a District or Extension Office nearest to your address or to one that is more convenient for you.
