Just drift idly, leave your worries behind, and just chill in the cool, peaceful water, because what else is a summer vacation for?
This is where these tourist spots in Subic come in handy. These water adventure destinations let you experience the fun of being a kid again with cool play areas, water sports activities, and swimming spots. So, regardless if you’re in it for the thrill or just for the quiet rest and recreation you deserve, you’ll definitely have something to do and enjoy. Here are eight water activities spots in Subic you can visit in your next summer getaway!
1. Ocean Adventure

Ocean Adventure takes pride as the first open-water marine theme park in Southeast Asia. Guests can enjoy various shows featuring dolphins, sea lions, and other marine animals. The park’s entrance fee, which is inclusive of all feature shows and aquarium exhibits, is PhP788 for adults and PhP628 for senior citizens and children of 12 years and below. If you want more water adventures, you can interact with the dolphin and sea lions on your own or with your group for an additional fee.
If you’re planning to stay overnight in Subic after your day in Ocean Adventure or if you want to take a quick dip by the beach, you can go to Camayan Beach Resort and Hotel, which is just beside the water park. You can even get package rates for accommodations in the hotel that also include tickets to the park. For keepsakes and souvenirs to bring home to your family and friends, you can shop at the Ocean Treasures Gift Shop and the Treasure Chest Gift Shop.
2. Inflatable Island

If you’re fond of rainbow-colored things and unicorns, this pastel-themed water park is the ultimate Instagram-worthy destination for you. Dubbed as the biggest floating playground in Asia, Inflatable Island contains unicorn-themed inflatable slides, towers, bridges, human launchers, swings, and the floating cinema that both kids and adults will surely enjoy watching. It is recommended to wear rash guards and swim leggings as your protection from the sun. Also, do not wear clothes that have sharp objects like buttons or zippers, as well as accessories like earrings, watches or rings that can damage the inflatables.
You can avail of four different passes: Sprinkle (one-hour pass at PhP499), Splash (two-hour pass at PhP799), Spray (half-day pass at PhP1,099), and Soaked (whole day pass at PhP1,499).
3. Adventure Beach Waterpark

Both kids and adults will enjoy this wading pool with the Kids Island at the center featuring three types of water slides.

One of the newest water parks in Subic is Adventure Beach Waterpark. It is owned and operated by the company that also manages Ocean Adventure and Camayan Beach Resort, hence it makes sense that it’s just a stone’s throw from these two famous establishments. It features everything you’d want to find in a water park: swimming pools, water playgrounds, water slides, lazy river, rides, wall climbing, and rappelling.
Admission tickets cost PhP688 for adults and PhP528 for children. These are both inclusive of an all-day pass, unlimited swimming time at their beach and pool, and free usage of various facilities.
4. Moonbay Marina Waterpark
Address: Block 6, Lots 3 and 4, Moonbay Marina Complex, Subic Bay Freeport Zone

Moonbay Marina Waterpark boasts of having the biggest wave pool in Zambales, with a 3,000-square meter swimming area and a raging river. This is the ideal venue for company outings and family gatherings since the place is enormous and they have various cabanas available for rent.
You can rent one of their cabanas at PhP300 for the small one and PhP1200 for the bigger one, and this already includes a PhP600 consumable at The Garden Grill, their very own restaurant. The admission rate of Php350 is inclusive of whole-day access to the water park and free use of other facilities like the basketball and volleyball courts.
5. Whiterock Beach Hotel + Waterpark

At Whiterock Beach Hotel and Waterpark, you’ll never run out of things to do. It has a number of water sports features and recreational facilities that you can play in all day long on your visit, whether for a day tour or for an overnight stay. Aside from its water park with swimming pools, water playground and slides, it also has a bowling alley, extreme adventure zones, water sports, restaurants, and even their own spa. It also has a wide beach area and garden area that’s a good venue for team building activities.
Overnight rates start at PhP7,800 inclusive of room accommodation, water park passes, free use of the various recreational facilities, and buffet breakfast.

6. Networx Jetsports
Address: Waterfront Rd., Subic Bay Freeport Zone
Fly like Iron Man as high as 30 feet and dive like a dolphin in this flyboard ride at PhP4,500 for a 20-minute airtime.

Networx Jetsports was originally established as a venue for Jet Ski enthusiasts in 1997. In the years that followed, it also introduced other water sports. Today, it features a number of water rides and activities like banana boat riding, parasailing, bay cruise, parasail boat ride, and flyboarding.
The price range for these activities starts at PhP300, and it can cost as much as PhP16,100. Networx Jetsports is also an authorized dealer of US-based manufacturers of personal watercraft accessories, parts, and equipment.
7. Johan’s Beach & Dive Resort

Before going to the actual waters, the dive instructor will first teach you some diving techniques in the pool.

If you are used to enjoying the waters under the sun with a simple dip and a little splash, how about experiencing the waters below? At Johan’s Beach and Dive Resort, they will teach you, show you, and let you experience an under-the-sea adventure. With 40 years of experience under his belt and certifications recognized worldwide, rest assured that you are in good hands with Johan De Sadelier, the owner and dive instructor of the resort.
You can choose from a number of dive courses for first-time learners and higher technical courses for the more experienced divers. Prices for the diving lessons start at PhP2,500 for the entry-level courses (inclusive of equipment), up to PhP15,500 for the scuba diver and junior scuba diver courses (inclusive of the crew pack). Equipment rental is PhP500 per dive, and PhP1,000 for two main tanks for technical diving. The resort also has available rooms for accommodations, as well as an in-house restaurant.
8. Subic Bay Yacht Club

Open for members and non-members, Subic Bay Yacht Club is your once-in-a-lifetime access to the luxurious yacht lifestyle if you have the money to splurge. For yacht owners, various berthing rates are available depending on the pier and the size of your yachts, which start at PhP875 per day for members and PhP2,625 per day for non-members.
For guests who want to experience a yacht cruise but do not own a yacht, one can be rented at PhP21,000 good for 20 persons for a two-hour cruise with food and drinks. Other water sports equipment are also available for rent. The yacht club also has a swimming pool and beach area for you to bask under the sun and play around the sand and the water. Guests can opt to stay in their rooms, which go for PhP9,000 up to Php24,000 per night.
