Summit Ridge is also home to Cafe Summit, an in-house dining spot where you can munch on tasty meals.

Safety Precautions in the Hotel

Summit Ridge Tagaytay strictly follows the “Circle of Clean” protocols that consist of hygiene and cleanliness guidelines to help keep the guests and staff safe and protected. This project is in line with the Robinsons Hotels and Resorts’ “Happy To Care” program as they reopen under the new normal.

The Circle of Clean covers safety measures from pre-arrival to post-departure. To ensure that the changing nature of the outbreak is always addressed, the hotel makes sure to update its protocols and keep guests informed of the safety measures under the new normal. Below are some of the following protocols that they have implemented:

Pre-arrival
• A letter regarding the hotel’s Circle of Clean protocols and guidelines will be sent to the guest via email.
• An online health declaration form must be filled out by the guest prior to arrival.
• Guests are encouraged to avail pre-payment options to ensure a seamless check-in experience.

Arrival
• Sanitizing foot dips are placed in the entrances.
• All guests must undergo temperature screening.
• Luggage disinfection is implemented.
• Alcohol and hand sanitizers are available for guest use at the entrance and reception counters.
• Clear acrylic barriers are installed at the reception desks for the safety of both guests and associates.
• Key cards are thoroughly sanitized with disinfectants before issuing to guests.
• Physical distancing markers are installed and must be followed.
• Contact surfaces will be disinfected hourly.

Public area
• Public areas including the elevators, hallways, lobby, and public toilets are always being disinfected.
• Alcohol and hand sanitizers are available at the entrance and counters for guest use.

Thanks to their Circle of Clean protocols, Summit Ridge Tagaytay is the perfect go-to venue for a safe and relaxing escapade for families and barkadas itching to get away from the stress of the city.
