The Department of Tourism has launched a new e-travel platform for inbound Philippine travelers, including international and returning Filipino passengers bound for the Philippines.

The newly launched E-travel Philippines platform, or the One-Stop Electronic Travel Declaration System, replaces the One Health Pass requirement and can be accessed through etravel.gov.ph.

Through the website, passengers must fill out health and travel information, personal details, vaccination information, and other necessary travel details and will need to register 72 hours before arrival in the Philippines.

After the registration, a QR code is generated and is checked upon check-in, boarding, and arrival in the Philippines.

Tourism Secretary Christina Frasco welcomes this announcement, expressing that the new electronic Philippines travel system shall allow passengers to have more enhanced travel mobility and better travel experience.

The new e-travel Philippines website can already be accessed starting last December 2, as the One Health Pass requirement is no longer needed and was scrapped last December 5.

The Bureau of Immigration has also scrapped paper arrival cards, previously used by inbound Philippine travelers, for immigration clearance purposes. The Arrival Card can now be accessed through the e-travel site as well.

Travelers who access the old website, www.onehealthpass.com.ph, will be automatically redirected to the new e-travel Philippines site.

The government fully supports the transition from the One Health Pass to the new e-travel platform. The new online system is currently integrated by relevant government sectors and agencies in operations with the arrival and departure systems.

Registration via the new e-travel platform PH is free, and passengers are advised to be cautious of other websites requiring any form of payment about the new e-travel site.
