Metro Manila, all things considered, is still a wonder on its own. Although its streets are congested and its traffic is unbearable, at the end of the day, the city is still what true-blue Manila residents would call home. After all, the metro offers everything from high-end malls, gastronomical restaurants, to, of course, the top universities in the entire country.
When universities come to mind, most think of a familiar sub-district of Manila known as the University Belt or U-Belt. This is where you can find a collection of universities like the University of Santo Tomas, National University, and San Beda College in one area. But universities aren’t the only establishments here. Aside from cafes and restaurants for students, a number of condominiums have also sprung up thanks to the high demand of shelter, thus making condo searching a million times easier. Check out the five best condos near U-belt below!
1. Sky Villas
Location: 1 Balete Drive corner N. Domingo Street, Barangay Kaunlaran, District 4, Quezon City

Sky Villas is a high-rise building that aims to have the perfect mixture of serenity and urban living all while being at the heart of the bustling metro. It offers low-density, private living as each floor only has between two to eight units each. They have 65-square meter one-bedroom units, which goes for PhP11,000,000 and a 132 square meter two-bedroom unit for PhP22,000,000. Tenants of the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units are afforded with one parking space.

You can rent a studio-type hotel unit in Crown Tower for PhP2,000 a night, or a dormitory fit for two people for PhP18,000 a month. They also have a dormitory unit that can fit four people at PhP5,000 per head. Building facilities include a fitness gym, a laundry shop, and a roof deck.
