The Upper East township will consist of residential condominiums, shopping malls, mixed-use buildings, hotels, and office towers within its allotted 34-hectare area. Some of the township’s highlights include a New York-inspired lifestyle mall, a building inspired by the iconic Grand Central Station, and a mixed-use structure that features a unique architectural design called the Casa de Emperador. The location is also accessible to locals since it is located along the bustling streets of Bacolod.
2. Northill Gateway

Megaworld’s Northill Gateway is another township with upscale residential houses envisioned to bring a refreshing lifestyle to the families of Bacolod. Vista Mall will be accessible to the residents of Camella Homes Bacolod.

Residents from the north can have easy access to shopping and leisure amenities near their homes with Vista Mall Bacolod, which is situated near Camella Homes and Olivera Condo Homes. It is managed by Vista Land, one of the fastest-growing shopping mall retailers in the country. This is the first Vista Mall in Bacolod and it will open in summer.
