Bacolod also caters to people’s sweet tooth with its delicious napoleones (a puff pastry filled with custard cream and with glazed sugar on top) from Roli’s and cakes from Calea. Without a doubt, the city is rich not only in its economic landscape but in its culinary offerings as well.
