Good news for those who missed their summer vacation due to the COVID-19 threat: some of the beautiful beaches of Sipalay are open again! Sipalay is now allowing tourists to visit the following beaches: Poblacion Beach, Sugar Beach, Nauhang Beach, Cartagena Beach, Mayha/Montay Beach, and Cayhagan Beaches. Soaking under the sun is good to ease the anxieties brought by the pandemic for being indoors.
If you are planning to head to Sipalay during quarantine, these are the guidelines laid out by the local government:
• Guests and tourists need to book their accommodation in establishments in Sipalay City.
• Guests have to fill out the Inbound Form with sign certification from respective barangay halls.
• Compliance with the inspection at the border checkpoint, temperature scanning, handwashing, and hand sanitation are required.
• Tourists need to fill out the Health Declaration Form at the front desk.
As rules become more lax, appreciating the outdoors is now easier!
