Most recognize Bacolod City for its Masskara Festival, but the City of Smiles is more than just a jamboree city—it’s also a popular food hub. And while there are countless restaurants serving the famous chicken inasal (grilled chicken), the city also has can’t-miss snack houses offering sweet treats. After all, as the sugar capital of the country, sweet delights are also the pride of Bacolodnons. While the list of Bacolod specialties is extensive, one cannot miss southside’s pride, Mila’s Pastries and Snacks’ potato cake. The bakeshop’s signature treat captured the hearts of locals and tourists with its fluffy chiffon and crunchy caramel on top.

Mila’s Restaurant is originally from Hinigaran in Southern Negros, and it was only in 2018 when it branched off into a bakery and coffee shop along B.S. Aquino Road in Bacolod City. As the city fights off the pandemic, dining in at restaurants and cafés is still discouraged. Fortunately, Mila’s Pastries and Snacks will happily deliver the crowd’s favorite potato cake right at your doorstep with just a call! Below is the list of Mila’s Pastries and Snacks’ delicacies and how to order them. Read on.
